We are an active group of retired school employees who work for the well-being of our members, our community, and our schools.  As members of the Texas Retired Teachers Association, we serve as advocates for all retired school employees to the Texas State Legislature and the Teacher Retirement System.

We welcome the membership of all retired school employees, their families and anyone interested in education in San Antonio.

​Meetings: 

We present interesting and useful programs at our meetings.

We meet the third Wednesday of the month, September through May at 12:30 p.m. for meet, greet and light refreshments and start our meeting at 1 p.m.   Our December meeting is a Holiday Social and Sing-A-Long on the 2nd Wednesday in December and our March meeting is our annual Birthday Luncheon is held at The Estancia Hotel - Rio Grande Room, 37 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, TX

Location: All meetings except the March meeting are held at the San Antonio Garden Center 3310 N. New Braunfels Ave. Located on the grounds of the San Antonio Botanical Gardens Corner of Funston and N. New Braunfels Ave. San Antonio, 78209  ​
