Welcome to SAARTA!
Retired School Employees Working Together
We are an active group of retired school employees dedicated to the well-being of our members, our community, and our schools.
As members of the Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA), we advocate for retired school employees by working with the Texas State Legislature and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) on issues that affect our retirement and benefits.
Everyone Is Welcome!
We welcome all retired school employees, their families, and anyone interested in education in San Antonio.
Whether you are a longtime member or are just discovering SAARTA, we invite you to join us, meet new friends, stay informed, and be part of an active organization making a difference.
Come Join Us at our Monthly Meetings
Our meetings feature interesting, informative, and useful programs, along with plenty of time for fellowship.
